How THEBCO is Prioritizing Your Health
Like you, THEBCO is monitoring the latest news about the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) closely. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our team and our community. As you may know, Governor Evers has ordered non-essential business to close, so while our business meets the guidelines as essential, our office and field operations are currently running limited appointments and installations until the order has been lifted.
Once the Safer At Home order is lifted, you can have confidence that our Sales Consultants and Installation Teams are following the guidelines and procedures provided by the CDC and the World Health Organization. Beyond simply monitoring the situation, we are taking active measures to make sure our team is practicing preventative measures to assist in your home improvement needs. In-Home Consultants, service technicians and installers are cleaning samples and tools before and after use with an alcohol-based cleaning solution and are practicing safe hygiene methods before and after contact with others. We have also instituted a mandatory 14-day self-quarantine for team members that have recently been experiencing or have recently experienced cold or flu-like symptoms or have been exposed to an ill family member. We have paused all business travel to reduce risk further, and our office staff has been scaled down to essential personnel only with many employees working remotely from home. We have closed our showroom and now require virtual meetings with outside vendors and our offices are sanitized on a continuous basis.
In addition to these precautionary measures, THEBCO now offers remote services where measurements and product consultations are carried out online without an in-home visit. At THEBCO we are committed to reducing the risk by bringing our showroom and services to you so you can move forward with your home improvement projects. We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and adjust procedures quickly to keep you safe in your home yet moving forward on your home improvement projects.
Thank you for understanding and for your continued support of our business.
